  BARRON
  
    Ruth (Johnson) Barron, 73, of Silver Tree Apartments, Romney, W. Va.,
  formerly of Somerset County, passed away Feb. 14, 1995, at Hampshire
  Memorial Hospital, Romney, W. Va.  Born July 24, 1921 a daughter of the
  late Solomon A. Johnson and Lena (Phillippi) Johnson.  Also preceded in
  death by one brother, Wilbur Johnson, and one sister, Hazel Baumgardner. 
  Member of Hampshire Post 91, American Legion Auxiliary.  Surviving are 2
  sons, Randall E. Barron and Allen Scott Barron, both of Williamsport, Md.;
  2 daughters: Linda Beery Heinrich of Hagerstown, Md., and Nancy L. Davis,
  Romney, W. Va.; 4 sisters: Kathryn Barkman, Leora Snyder and Leona Hay, all
  of Rockwood, and Betty Snyder of Warren Ohio; 10 grandchildren.  Family will
  receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. Thursday at Miller Funeral Home, 115 E.
  Birch Lane, Romney, W. Va.  Memorial services will be conducted in the
  Chapel of the Miller Funeral Home at 2 p.m. Thursday, with the Rev. Calvin
  McCutcheon, assisted by Pastor Richard Gross.  Family requests in lieu of
  flowers that memorials be made to the Romney Junior High School.
