Becker, 86, 115 Church St., Hooversville, died Jan. 18, 1990, at Somerset Hospital. Born Oct. 18, 1903, in Johnstown, son of Henry and Elizabeth (Croft) Becker. Preceded in death by parents; brothers, Frank, Henry, Arthur and Sanford. Survived by wife of 65 years, the former Mabel Yost. Brother of Lillian and Lester, both of Johnstown; also survived by several nieces and nephews. Self-employed barber in Hooversville for 55 years and had been barbering for over 75 years. Member of the Trinity Lutheran Church, Hooversville, the Hooversville VFD, and the Quemahoning and Hooversville Rod and Gun Clubs. Family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. Friday (today) and 2-4 to 7-9 p.m. Saturday at the Deaner Funeral Home, Hooversville, where services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, with the Rev. Gerald L.
