  BILLINGS
  
    Katherine (Meyers) Billings, 86, of Racine, Wis., formerly of Meyersdale,
  died Oct. 18, 1981 at home.  Born Oct. 26, 1895 in Meyersdale, daughter of
  Charles Meyers and Annie (Berkeley) Meyers.  Preceded in death by her
  parents; husband, Edwin Courtney Billings; brother, E. Berkeley Meyers; and
  sisters, Florance (Meyers) West and Hester (Meyers) Campbell.  Survived by
  one daughter, Barbara, wife of Robert Harmon, of Racine; four
  grandchildren; one great-grandchild and several nieces and nephews.  She is
  a great-granddaughter of Peter Meyers, for whom Meyersdale was named.  She
  was the last surviving member of the Meyers family who had lived in the
  Meyers Mansion built by her great-great-grandfather, Jacob Meyers, Jr. when
  the town was known as Meyers Mills.  Funeral arrangements will take place in
  Wisconsin.
