  BISEL
  
  Helen E. Hixson Bisel, 72, of Bakersville, died March 11, 1987, in her
  home.  She was born Jan. 12, 1915, in Youngwood, a daughter of the late
  Logan and Pearl (Miller) Harrold.  Preceded in death by first husband,
  William L. Hixson; and one sister, Ruth Millward.  Survived by her husband,
  John Bisel; two sons:  William L. Hixson, Bakersville; and Dr. Robert E.
  Bisel, Warren, Ohio; two daughters:  Shirley, wife of Ronald Fordyce of New
  Stanton; and Beverly, wife of Roger Lafferty, Bakersville; two grandsons;
  and two sisters:  Mrs. Ray Markle and Mrs. Donald Fowler both of Youngwood;
  and a brother, Gilbert Harrold of Greensburg.  She was a member of Mt. Zion
  Lutheran Church, Bakersville; and had served as Justice of the Peace in
  Jefferson Township.  Friends will be received Thursday (today) 2-4 and 7-9
  p.m. in Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home where service will be conducted
  Friday at 10:30 a.m. with Pastor James Haddon officiating.  Interment,
  Bakersville Cemetery.
