Born Aug. 6, 1906 in Meyersdale, a daughter of the late James and Mary Ann (Shuck) Thomas. Also preceded in death by her husband, Joseph L. Bittner, Nov. 7, 1980. Survived by a daughter Grace; wife, of William Bisbing, Wyandotte, Mich.; two grandchildren, William J. Bisbing, and Mardell McLeod; also six great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren. A sister of Hazel Schafer, Duquesne and a chosen daughter Rhoda Perilli, Wheeling, W.Va. A member of First United Methodist church, Meyersdale. Friends will be received 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale, where service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Thursday with the Rev. Marlin A. Miller officiating.
