  BLUBAUGH
  
  Walter M. Blubaugh, 71, New Kensington, died Sept. 22, 1986, at
  Veterans Administration Hospital, Oakland.  Born Oct. 14, 1914, in
  Berlin, son of Harry M. and Nell (Miller) Blubaugh.  Preceded in
  death by parents, and a brother, Nelson.  Survived by sisters:  Mrs.
  Emanuel (Margaret) Powers, Arnold; and Mrs. Carolyn Neofes,
  Pittsburgh.  Army veteran of World War II, former member of Holy
  Trinity Lutheran Church.  Friends will be received from 7-9 p.m.
  Wednesday at Johnson-Kuhlman Funeral Home, Berlin, where services
  will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, with the Rev. Kenneth S. Swanson
  officiating.  Interment, Berlin I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
