Bluebaugh, 72, Warren, Ohio, formerly of Confluence, died May 24, 1995 at Trumbull Memorial Hospital, Warren, Ohio. Born Aug. 29, 1922 in Addison, son of the late Jacob Bluebaugh and Laura Bell Frazee. Preceded in death by sisters, Twila Gillenberger, Elsie Meese and Pauline Bluebaugh. Survived by his wife, the former Garnet M. Collier, Champion, Ohio; daughter, Charlotte A. Bluebaugh, Champion, Ohio; son, Thomas G. Bluebaugh, Lee's Summit, Mo; and 3 grandchildren. He is the brother of Charles and Earl Bluebaugh and Evelyn Keslar, all of Confluence; and Kenneth Bluebaugh, Somerset. Employed for 31 years with L.T.V. U.S. Army veteran World War II. Member of Tod Avenue United Methodist Church. Friends received from 7-9 p.m. Friday and 9-10 a.m. Saturday at the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home, 533 N. Park Ave., Warren, where service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday. Interment, Champion Township Cemetery.
