  RAY W. BROADWATER
  
    Ray W. Broadwater, 53, of Garrett County, Md., died Dec. 24, 1973,
  in Meyersdale Community Hospital.  A native of Garrett County, he was
  a son of Mrs. Dizaida (Warnick) Broadwater, of Garrett County, and the
  late Lawrence Broadwater.
    He was a farmer and a member of the First Assembly of God Church.
    Surviving are his wife, the former Nettie M. Phillips; two sons,
  Allen Broadwater, New Germany, and Keith Broadwater, at home; three
  daughters, Mrs. Shirley A. Wilhelm, Avilton; Mrs. Darlene J. Rounds
  and Mrs. Carolyn Rounds, both of Swanton, Md.; seven grandchildren; a
  sister, Mrs. Mae Whiteman Lonaconing, Md.; and a brother Earl
  Broadwater of Akron, Ohio
    Funeral service was conducted Thursday afternoon in the First
  Assembly of God Church with Rev Christopher Crawford Jr.
  officiating.  Interment in Broadwater Cemetery.
