  ETHEL G. BRODERICK
  
    Ethel G. Broderick, 97, died January 1, 1983, at Goodwill Mennonite
  Home, Grantsville, Maryland.
    She was born in Avilton, and was a daughter of the late Nelson
  Robeson and Lavinia (Garlitz) Robeson.  Her husband was the late
  Joseph Broderick.
    She was a member of St. Ann's Catholic Church.
    She is survived by three sons, Michael Broderick, Cumberland,
  Maryland; James Broderick, Frostburg, Maryland; Joseph Broderick,
  Tucson, Ariz.; three daughters, Mrs. Cecilia Dawson, Hyattsville;
  Mrs. Anna Pressman, Frostburg; Mrs. Helen Durst, Grantsville,
  Maryland; 22 grandchildren, 44 great-grandchildren and 10
  great-great-grandchildren.
    A mass of Christian burial was celebrated by Father Aidan Lucko at
  St. Ann's Catholic Church.  Interment, St. Ann's Cemetery at Avilton.
    The Newman Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
