  ROBERT D. BRODERICK
  
    Robert D. Broderick, 55, of Lancaster, died Saturday April 23,
  1983, at the Lancaster General Hospital.
    He was born March 20, 1928, in Berlin, a son of the late Patrick
  and Freda (Hoffman) Broderick.
    He is survived by his wife, L. Ilene (Schmucker) Broderick; and the
  following children: John R., Lampeter; Donald R., Lancaster; Gary D.,
  Conestoga RD 1; and Robert J., Strasburg; nine grandchildren;
  brother, James E. Broderick, and a half-sister, Catherine, married to
  Harold Croner, both of Berlin.
    He was the owner of Bob Broderick Enterprises Inc., Lancaster, and
  also Stonybrook Mobile Home Sales, Lancaster.
    He was a member of Teamsters Local 771.  His death ends a marriage
  union of 38 years.  Memorial services were held at the funeral home
  of Fred F. Groff Inc., 234 West Orange St., Lancaster, Tuesday April
  26, 1983.
    Funeral services were held at the Johnson-Kuhlman Funeral Home,
  Berlin, Thursday April 28 at 11 a.m., with the Rev. Mark E. Michael
  officiating.  Friends may call at Johnson-Kuhlman Wednesday from 7-9
  p.m. and Thursday from 10 a.m. until time of services.  Interment
  will follow, Berlin I.O.O.F. Cemetery.  If desired, memorials may be
  sent to the American Diabetes Assoc., 1042 Columbia Ave., Lancaster,
  Pa. 17603.
