    Michael C. Brown, 53, Miami, Fla., formerly of Hidden Valley,
  passed away April 1, 1999 of heart failure.  Survived by daughter,
  Nicole Brown, Somerset and two stepsons, Paul Siegrist, Cheyenne,
  Wyo.; and Carl Siegrist, Biloxi, Miss.; and his former wife, Victoria
  Cherin, Pittsburgh.
