Bruner, 71, Somerset RD 6, died May 31, 1985 at Somerset Community Hospital. Born Sept 6, 1913 in Jefferson Township, son of the late Albert and Orpha (Gross) Bruner. Survived by his wife, the former Helen E. Kalp; and daughter, Carol Kalp, Long Island, N.Y. A brother of Willard, and Dorothy Blubaugh, both of Somerset RD 5; Merle, Somerset RD 5; Mrs. Thurman (Mary Louise) Mann, Charlotte Court House, Phoenix, Va.; Robert, Mt. Joy RD 3, Pa.; Mrs. Arthur (Ruth) Patton, Christina RD 1, Pa. He was a member of Mt. Calvary United Methodist Church, Acme, Pa., VFW. Veteran of World War II. Retiree of Penn Furniture Company. Friends will be received from 7-9 p.m. Saturday and 12-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday at Richard E. Hauger Funeral Home, where services will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Monday with the Rev.
