  MARY V. BUTLER
  
    Mary Viola Butler, 82, Route 1, Grantsville, Md., died July 10,
  1994 at Sacred Heart Hospital.
    Born September 10, 1911 in Jennings, Md., she was the daughter of
  the late John and Laura (Handwerk) Miller.
    She was also preceded in death by her husband, Howard S. Butler.
    She is survived by one son: Herbert Butler, Addison; three
  daughters: Norma Broadwater, Grantsville; Wilma Edgar, Baltimore;
  Ruth Ann Brown, Reston, Va.; one brother, Elmer Miller, Jennings; one
  sister, Nora Lottig, Meyersdale; eight grandchildren; seven
  great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
    Friends were received at the Newman Funeral Home, Grantsville, July
  12.  Services were conducted at the funeral home July 13, with Pastor
  Edwin Moore officiating.  Interment, Oak Grove Mennonite Cemetery,
  Grantsville.
