  ANDY L. BYLER
  
    Andy L. Byler, 15, of Meyersdale RD 3, died Aug. 17, 1996, at
  Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh.
    Byler was born Oct. 13, 1980, in New Castle, Pa.  He was the son of
  Levi C. and Sarah R. (Wengerd) Byler.
    In addition to his parents, he is survived by two sisters, Katie
  and Nancy, both at home.  He is also survived by his paternal
  grandparents, Andy U. and Clara Byler of Meyersdale RD 1; and his
  maternal grandparents, Rudy and Lizza Wengerd of New Wilmington, Pa.
