  Miriam R. Clark, 81, of Stoystown, formerly of Hooversville, died Sept. 30,
  1989 at Memorial Hospital.  She was born July 10, 1908 in Shade Township. 
  Daughter of William and Elizabeth (Beltz) Shaffer.  Preceded by parents,
  husband Eugene, daughter Alice, two brothers and one sister.  Survived by
  these daughters: Mrs. Claude (June) Fetzer, Hooversville; Mrs. Herbert
  (Jean) Hall, Johnstown; Mrs. Jack (Shirley) Lohr, Stoystown; seven
  grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren. Sister of: Mrs. Clayton (Grace)
  Sheller, Sarasota, Fla.; Mrs. Leo (Freda) McClemens, Central City; Thelma
  Hetzer, Stoystown, R. D. 2.  She was a member of the Hooversville Church of
  the Brethern.  Family will receive friends from 2-4 p.m. and from 7-9 p.m
  Monday at Deaner Funeral Home STOYSTOWN, where service will be held at 11
  a.m. Tuesday, the Rev. Harry W. Bassett officiating.  Interment P.O.S. of
  A. Cemetery, Hooversville.
