Cochrane, 91, of St. Petersburg, Fla., died April 1, 1981, in the VA Hospital, St. Petersburg. He was born Nov. 2, 1889, in West Salisbury, a son of the late Archie and Sarah (Snyder) Cochrane. He is survived by his widow, Amelia Wellington; and these children: Donald of St. Petersburg; Kenneth of Floral City, Fla.; Charlotte, wife of Jack Marteney, Wichita Falls, Texas; and Mary Jane, wife of H. R. Rhodes, Ridgley, W. Va.; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. He was a brother of Mrs. Barbara Heinbaugh, Dover, Del. He was a veteran of World War I and a retired B and O Railroad engineer. Friends were received in the M. Ray Leckemby Funeral Home, Meyersdale, where services were held with the Rev. Lloyd Wilson.
