  DINNING
  
  James W. "Chub" Dinning, Jr., 65, of Stoystown RD 2 (Wilbur) died June 11, 
  1977, in Somerset Community Hospital.  Born March 14, 1912, in Lonaconing, 
  Md., the son of James W., Sr., and Grace (Chaney) Dinning.  Preceded in 
  death by parents, son Barry, daughter Lois, and brother Connell.  Survived 
  by widow, the former Emaline Albright, and the following children:  James C. 
  of Somerset; Mrs. Harry (Kathy) Fisher of Berlin; Cynthia of Johnstown; and 
  six granddaughters.  Brother of Raymond M., Mrs. Lena Metzgar, Mrs. Jane 
  Swank, Margaret and Mrs. Robert S. (Grace) Shaver, all of Stoystown; Mrs. 
  Elbert (Mae) Berkebile of Stoystown RD 2; Mrs. Yetta Wilson of Lima, Ohio; 
  Mrs. David (Helen) Shaffer of Latrobe; and Mrs. Edward (Jacqueline) Moon of 
  Grosse Pointe Woods, Mich.  Formerly employed by Solar Fuel Co. as mine 
  foreman.  Attended the Somerset Church of God.  Family received friend 
  Sunday evening and will receive friends 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the 
  Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown, where services will be conducted at 1 p.m. 
  Tuesday with the Rev. Flavis L. Burroughs, Sr., officiating.  Interment Odd 
  Fellows Cemetery, Stoystown.
