ALBERT MARTIN EMERICH

  Albert Martin Emerich, son of the late Louis and Margaret (Martin) Emerich, 
born in Elk Lick Twp., near Salisbury, Feb. 16, 1862, died January 16, 1944, at 
his home near Quakertown, Pa., after an illness of about a week, at the age of 
81 years and 11 months.  He left West Salisbury in 1914, going to Chesterfield 
County, Virginia.  In 1921 he returned to Pennsylvania, settling on a farm near 
Quakertown.  He is survived by his wife, the former Bertha Jane Crossen, six 
daughters, four sons and three grandchildren.
