  Alice J. Emerick, 76, Fairhope D 1, died March 6, 1993, in Cumberland, Md.
  Born Feb. 13, 1917, in Fairhope, daughter of the late William and Ellen
  (Martz) Baker.  Also preceded in death by husband, Frank S. Emerick, who
  died May 6, 1977; a brother and two sisters.  Last surviving member of her
  immediate family.  Surviving is a son, Robert L. Emerick, Fairhope RD 1; two
  grandsons, Dale and Darrell Emerick, both of Fairhope RD 1, and a
  great-granddaughter, Nicole L. Emerick.  Retired in 1987 after 17 years of
  employment at Snyder of Berlin.  Friends received from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday
  and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Harvey H. Zeigler Funeral Home,
  Hyndman, where service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, with the Rev.
  Daniel Leister officiating.  Interment, Comps Cemetery.
