  EUGENE ENGLE 
  
    Eugene Engle, 48, of Miller Street, Grantsville, died Sunday, October 30
  at the Veterans Administration Medical Center, Martinsburg, W.Va.
    He was born in Meyersdale, and was a son of Mrs. Nora E. (Garlitz) Engle,
  Lonsconing RD 1, Maryland, and the late Harold K. Engle.
    He was a veteran of World War II and had been employed in roads
  construction.
    He is survived by three daughters, Mrs.  Sherry Wiley, Mrs. Karen Wilt and
  Miss Karlinda Engle, all of Grantsville; two sisters, Mrs. Shirley Railey,
  Frostburg, Maryland and Mrs. Mary Paul, Cumberland, Maryland, and three
  grandchildren.
    Friends were received at the Newman Funeral Home, where services were
  conducted by the Rev. Connell Chaney.  Interment will be in Frostburg
  Memorial Park.
