  Leo T. Fazenbaker, Jr., 23, Hyndman, formerly of Meyersdale, died Dec. 29,
  1989, as a result of a saw mill accident at Beal's Lumber Company, Hyndman
  RD 1.  Born Dec. 15, 1966, in Meyersdale, son of Leo Sr. and Lois L.
  (Sheetz) Fazenbaker, Hyndman.  Also survived by wife, Diane E. (Trent)
  Fazenbaker; son, Leo III; brother, Terry, and sister, Lisa, both of
  Hyndman.  Services at 2 p.m. Sunday at Harvey H. Zeigler Funeral Home,
  Hyndman, with the Rev. Harry T. Ryan officiating.  Visitation from 7 to 9
  p.m. today at funeral home.  Interment, Palo Alto Cemetery.
