Ferguson, 87, of Somerset, Lincoln Township, died Dec. 21, 2000 at Somerset Hospital. Born May 29, 1913 in Goldsboro, N.C., he is the son of the late T.C.S. and Bertie (Griffin) Ferguson. Also preceded in death by brothers Charles P. and Lewis Ferguson. Survived by his wife the former Pauline Baker and two sons, Charles Wayne Ferguson of Concord, N.H. and Edwin Ferguson of Pasadena, Texas. Four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Member of Christ Casebeer Lutheran Church and a Navy veteran of World War II. Friends received 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in the Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the Christ Casebeer Lutheran Church, Rev. Dennis Doebler officiating. Interment, Casebeer Cemetery.
