Born June 21, 1943, in Washington, D.C. Preceded in death by his parents, Oran Paul and Violet. Survived by his loving wife, Lynn; his children Jimmy, Sheila and Elliott; siblings Caroline, Jim, John and Chic; daughters-in-law Lisa and Maggie; family members, Bobbie and Dudley, Christina, J.D., and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Affectionately known as "Cowboy Bob," he graduate from Somerset High School before serving in the United States Navy, after which he attended Penn State. He was known for his terrific sense of humor, generosity and zest for life. Early morning golfer, midday bull rider and late night three stepper, he loved life and lived it to its fullest. The family wishes to express overwhelming gratitude to their many friends, family and care-givers.
