  Bertha E. Flick, 91, of Berlin formerly of Stoystown went to be with the
  Lord Nov. 22, 2001 at Meadow View Nursing Center.  Born Sept. 9, 1910 in
  Madera, daughter of Hugh and Clara (Layton) Brown.  Preceded in death by
  parents, husband W. Russell, three brothers, one sister, a son, Ray Dean
  and granddaughter, Kathy.  Survived by a son, John married to the former
  Lois Oaks of Berlin; daughter, Shirley McDonald, Somerset; daughter-in-law
  Betty Flick of Kanter, seven grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and
  three great-great-grandchildren.  Sister of Clara Leventry of Washington,
  Pa., Stella Rummell and Rudy Brown, both of Johnstown.  Member of Reading
  Grace Brethren Church.  Family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m.
  Saturday and 6 until service at 8 p.m. Sunday at Deaner Funeral Home
  Stoystown.  Rev. Larry Weigle officiating.  Interment Husband Cemetery. 
  Memorial contributions may be given to Reading Grace Brethren Church,
  Stoystown, Pa. 15563.
