FRIEDLINE

Ellis H. Friedline, 72, Jennerstown, died Sept. 23, Pine Springs Camp, 
Jennerstown, as the result of a tractor accident.  Born Aug. 15, 1902, Jennerson 
[sic] Twp., Somerset County, a son of O. Clarence and Rebecca Kimmel Friedline.  
Preceded in death by parents.  Survived by widow, the former Florence Fritz, and 
a son, Denver, married to the former Ruth Mishler, Stoystown RD 1, and two 
grandchildren, Barry and Nancy.  Was a brother of Emma, wife of George Walker, 
Sipesville.  Was a prominent retired Jenner Township farmer.  Member of 
Sipesville Church of the Brethren, where he had been serving as a deacon.  
Member of Laurel Mountain Senior Citizens' Group.  Since his retirement, he was 
a part-time employe of the Hoffman Funeral Homes, Boswell, and Pine Springs 
Camp, Jennerstown.  Friends received from 7-9 p.m. Wednesday and 2-4 and 7-9 
p.m. Thursday at Joseph H. Hoffman Funeral Home. 227 Allegheny St., Boswell, 
where service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday. Rev. John Manges officiating.  
Interment, Somerset County Memorial Park.
