    Andrew Gavlak, 63, of Rahway, N.J., formerly of Hooversville, died April
  14.  He is survived by his wife, the former Louise Post, and his children,
  Anthony of Edison, Suzanne Gavlak and Christine Gavlak, at home; Carolina
  and Thomas of Pennsylvania, and a sister Ann Ross.
