  GOWER
  
  Paul E. Gower, 64, of Confluence RD 1, died Oct. 31, 1988, in Somerset
  Community Hospital.  He was born Aug. 21, 1924, in Lower Turkeyfoot
  Township, son of the late Jacob and Myrtle (Colflesh) Gower. Survived by a
  brother, Dale, of Confluence.  Preceded in death by a brother, Clyde, and a
  sister, Elsie.  Friends will be received 2-9 p.m. Wednesday at the Humbert
  Funeral Home, Confluence where services will be held Thursday at 11 a.m.
  Rev. Roy Bower officiating.  Interment, Younkin Cemetery.
