Born Aug. 16, 1921, in Kitzmiller, Md., she was a daughter of the late Frank Lee and Daisy (Boyer) Paugh. She was a retired employee of the Kelly-Springfield Tire Company's cutting room. She was a member of Holy Cross United Methodist Church, Cumberland Eagles 2045, Goodfellowship Auxiliary and United Rubber Workers Union. Surviving are her husband, Luther W. Grogg; two stepsons: Roger C. Grogg, Norfolk, Va.; and Dale R. Grogg, Cumberland, Md.; three daughters: Mrs. Suzanne George, Rawlings, WV; Mrs. Pamela J. Butler, Grantsville, Md.; and Mrs. Kay Lynn Foreman, Cumberland, Md.; one sister, Mrs. Freeda T. Wilson, Greenville, Texas; and 10 step-grandchildren. Friends were received at the Scarpelli Funeral Home, Virginia Avenue, Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Services were conducted there Saturday at 1 p.m. by the Rev. Gary W. Trail.
