Mrs. Rebecca Hartman

Somerset, March 1- Mrs. Rebecca (McDowell) Hartman, aged 75, died yesterday 
afternoon at the home of her niece, Mrs. Harry Sager of Somerset R.D. 5.  Mrs. 
Hartman was born in Somerset County, a daughter of Andrew and Lydia (Steward) 
McDowell, both deceased.

Her husband, John Hartman, passed away 28 years ago.  Surviving are a sister, 
Mrs. Emma Pill, residing in West Virginia and a half-sister, Mrs. Andrew 
McDowell of Windber.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:30 o'clock Thursday afternoon at the 
Sager home.  Interment will be in the Listie Cemetery, under the direction of 
Charles R. Hauger, local mortician.
