A. BRUCE HAUGER

  A. Bruce Hauger, 68, died unexpectedly Wednesday evening, May 19, at his home 
in Brothersvalley Twp.  He was a son of Simon and Roseann (Rauch) Hauger.
  He was engaged in farming practically all his life.  Surviving are his wife, 
Mrs. Alice (Baughman) Hauger, and six children - Glenn, Lloyd and James Hauger 
and Mrs. Hiram Schrock, of Brothersvalley, Mrs. Paul Shamrock, Ambridge, and 
Miss Evora Hauger, at home.  He was a brother of W. W., and Silas Hauger, both 
of Brothersvalley, Mrs. Wilson Gumbert and Mrs. Mary Smith, both of Berlin R.D. 
3, and Mrs. Elmer Rhoades, Berlin R.D. 2.
  Funeral services were conducted at 2:30 o'clock Sunday afternoon at the 
Johnson Funeral Home, Berlin, by Rev. Elwood Stahl, pastor of the Pine Hill 
Lutheran Church.  Interment in the Berlin Odd Fellows Cemetery.
