Hemminger, 71, of Berlin died April 30, 1977, at Somerset Community Hospital. Born November 8, 1905 in Friedens, the son of Morris and Addie (Enos) Hemminger. He is survived by his wife, the former Martha Elliot, and these sisters: Mrs. Frank (Vera) Keller, Central City; Mrs. Gary (Doris) Critchfield, Somerset; Mrs. Twila Gilmour, Meadville; Mrs. Earl (Emma) Terwilliger, Akron, Ohio; and Mrs. Odel (Ada) Griffith, Somerset. He was preceded in death by three sisters and two brothers. He was a member of Mt. Olivet [sic] United Methodist Church, Glencoe; Local No. 24 of the Teamsters, Akron, Ohio; Coventry Lodge No. 665, Akron, Ohio; and the Valley of Akron Consistory. Friends are being received in the Richard E. Hauger Funeral Home, Somerset, where services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday, the Rev. Paul Snyder officiating.
