  MILTON A. HILLEGAS
    
    Milton A. Hillegas, 89, of Fairhope RD 1, died Feb. 21, 1975. Born
  July 22, 1885, in Somerset County, he was a son of the late James A.
  and Kathryn (Kimmel) Hillegas.
    Surviving are his wife, the former Clara M. Livingstone, and these
  children: Wilmer of Somerset; Emerson, Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; Mrs.
  Kenneth (Mary) Meadlow, Atlanta, Ga.; M. Sherwood of Westerville,
  Ohio; S. Richard, Montoursville, Pa.; Mrs. Fred (Eleanor) Wagner,
  Baltimore, Md.; and Roger of Schellsburg; also 21 grandchildren and
  11 great-grandchildren and a brother, John Hillegas, of Meyersdale.
    His death terminated a marriage of 62 years.  He was a retired
  farmer and had taught school for 18 years.
    Funeral service was held Monday morning in Johnson and Son Funeral
  Home, Berlin, with Rev. Ralph E. Mills and Rev. Richard H.
  Shellenberger officiating.  Interment in Downey Cemetery.
