  HOSTETLER
  
    Erma M. Hostetler, 89, Laurel View Village, Davidsville, formerly of Penn
  Avenue, Hollsopple, died Nov. 1, 1999 at Laurel View.  Born Aug. 31, 1910,
  in Jenner Township, daughter of Lawrence and Sadie (Blough) Speigle. 
  Preceded in death by parents; two sisters, three brothers; son, Danton; and
  husband, Norman Sr., who died July 3, 1985.  Survived by these children:
  Betty, wife of Donald Kolb, Springs; Norman Jr., married to former Shirley
  Cardiff, Lancaster; Leon, married to former Ruth Beisel, Penn Avenue,
  Hollsopple; Robert, married to former Eloise Beyeler, Erie; David M.,
  married to former Betty Lehman, Hidden Valley Road, Boswell; Linda, wife of
  Dennis Knepper, Williamsport, Md., and Judy, wife of James Mullett,
  Harrisonburg, Va.; also 27 grandchildren, 43 great-grandchildren and three
  great-great-grandchildren.  Half sister of Twila Ogburn, Frostburg, Md.;
  Donald Speigle, Somerset Pike, and Dalton Speigle, Berlin.  Member of
  Carpenter Park Mennonite Church.  Formerly employed by Dorfman and Hoffman
  Sewing Factory, Boswell.  Family receiving friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9
  p.m. Tuesday at George E. Mason Funeral Home Inc., Davidsville.  Service
  will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Carpenter Park Mennonite Church,
  where remains will lie in state from 9:30 a.m. until time of service, the
  Rev. Thomas Croyle and the Rev. Donald Speigle.  Interment, Blough
  Mennonite Cemetery.  Those who wish please make donations to Carpenter Park
  Mennonite Church or Laurel View Village.
