  HOSTETLER
  
  William Robert Hostetler, 74 of Meyersdale, died April 29, 1988, in
  Memorial Hospital, Cumberland, Md.  He was born March 8, 1914, in
  Garrett, a son of the late Hiram and Mary (Gardner) Hostetler. 
  Survived by his widow, the former Irene Lindeman; these children:
  Joyce, wife of Allen Chubb of Manilla, the Philippines; Lois, wife of
  Charles Bartholf, Gainesburg, Md.; four grandchildren.  He was a
  brother of: Leroy, David, James, all of Ravenna, Ohio; George of
  Rhode Island; Myrtle Whorrell and Mary Alice Miller, both of Garrett;
  Jane Ansell of Rockwood; and Pansy Bubner of Stoystown.  He was a
  member of Zion Lutheran Church, Meyersdale Moose and a retired
  Meyersdale Borough foreman.  Friends will be received in the Leckemby
  Funeral Home Saturday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.,
  where services will be Monday at 10 a.m. with the Rev. Pamela
  Armstrong.  Interment, Union Cemetery.
