Kinsinger died at the family home in Summit Township, four miles west of Meyersdale, on Monday, Oct. 2, after three weeks' sickness which destroyed her power of speech. She was aged 65 years, one month and six days. She was a daughter of the late John D. Yoder and sister of Menno J., Joseph J. and Amos Yoder. She became the wife of Noah J. Kinsinger in the fall of 1901. They lived happily together for 43 years and were the parents of ten children - three sons and seven daughters. Surviving, besides the husband and father are the following children: Annie, wife of Benny Fisher, Springs; Lillie, wife of John Zook, Meyersdale R.D. 1; Milton, married, Meyersdale R.D. 1; Emma, wife of Homer Coblentz, living on the Kinsinger home farm; Lydia, wife of Daniel J. Kinsinger, Niverton; John, married and living on the original Harvey L. Fike farm, Meyersdale R.D. 1; Ida, Ada and Sadie, at home. One son, Menno, died at the age of nine years. Mrs. Kinsinger was a lifelong faithful member of the Amish Mennonite Church. Funeral services were held Thursday, Oct. 5, in the Summit Mills Amish meeting house, by Bishop Lewis Beachy and Eli D. Beachy of Oakland, Md. Burial was made in the cemetery on the Kinsinger home farm. Meyersdale Republican, October 12, 1944
