  KOZLOSKY
  
  Helen Kozlosky, 78, Siemon Lakeview Manor Estate, formerly of
  Quecreek, died June 18, 1995, in Somerset Hospital.  Born Dec. 22,
  1916, in Somerset County, daughter of the late Andy and Idella
  (Ramalski) Kozlosky.  Preceded in death by brothers, Andy Jr., Ziggy
  and Homer.  Survived by three nephews, including Leonard A. Kozlosky,
  Hollsopple RD 1.  Member of St. John's Roman Catholic Church, Acosta,
  and the International Ladies Garment Workers Union.  Retired from the
  former Dorfman & Hoffman Garment Factory.  Friends received from 7 to
  9 p.m. Tuesday at Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home, where wake
  service will be conducted at 8 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at 10
  a.m. Wednesday at St. John's Church, Acosta, Rev. Father Raymond E.
  Karr.  Interment, St. Stanislaus Cemetery, Boswell.
