  KRITSCHGAU, Betty Jean  01/31/08   Daily American
  
    Betty Jean Kritschgau, 82, Champion, passed on Jan. 28, 2008, at Somerset Hospital.
  Born April 26, 1925, in Somerset, she is the daughter of the late William and Beda (Peck)
  Pritts. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Clayton, in 2001; daughter, Linda
  Kritschgau; and sister, Leona Pletcher. She is survived by her sons, Howard "Mike"
  Kritschgau and wife, Candice, Dillsburg; and Mark Kritschgau, Rockwood; and
  grandchildren, Ryan, Amber, Seth and Megan Kritschgau. She was a member of the Center
  Church of the Brethren in Trent and was an avid reader of history. Friends will be
  received from 4 to 9 p.m. Friday at Miller Funeral Home, Somerset, where a service will
  be conducted 11 a.m. Saturday. The Rev. Homer Painter officiating. Interment at Somerset
  County Memorial Park.
