Lepley, 74 of 12 Decatur Street, Cumberland, Md., died Thursday, Nov. 13, 1986, at Memorial Hospital, Cumberland, Md. Born near Mount Savage, Md., on March 7, 1912, he was the son of the late Earl and Anna (Delbrook) Lepley. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Gladys (Spiker) Lepley, on March 3, 1961. Also preceded in death by a brother, Irvin. He was a former resided of Wellersburg. He has retired as a supervisor in the spinning department after 40 years service at the Amcelle Plant of Celanese Fibers Company. He was a member of Senior Citizens of Wellersburg and Wellersburg Volunteer Fire company, and was a lifetime member and elder emeritus of the Zion Lutheran and Reformed Church, Wellersburg. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Dorothy (O'Neal) Lepley; one son, Ronald C. Lepley, Wellersburg; three daughters, Mrs. Barbara Bittner, LaVale, Md.; Mrs. Janet Taccino, Frederick, Md. and Mrs. Diana Mosholder, Meyersdale; one stepdaughter, Mrs. Ann Mackie, Gladstone, Mich.; two brothers, Raymond Lepley and Earl Harvey Lepley, both of Mount Savage, Md., five grandchildren, three great grandsons, three step granddaughters and five step great grandchildren. Friends were received in the Harvey H. Zeigler Funeral Home. Services were conducted Monday at 2 p.m. in Zion Lutheran and Reformed Church with the Rev. Harold W. Crabtree officiating.
