  MRS. NOAH S. LICHTY
  
    Mrs. Alda N. Lichty, 90, of Oakland, Md., RD 2, died Dec. 2, 1973,
  at her residence.  Born Nov. 7, 1883, in Springs, she was a daughter
  of the late William W. and Barbara (Yoder) Bender.  Her husband, Noah
  S. Lichty, preceded her in death.
    Surviving are one son, Freeman Lichty, Oakland; five daughters,
  Miss Annie Lichty, Miss Freda Lichty, Miss Grace Lichty, and Mrs.
  Lottie Peachey, all of Oakland; and Mrs. Elmer Yoder, Grantsville;
  also 12 grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
    Funeral service was conducted Wednesday morning in the Gortner
  Amish Church by Bishop, Norman Schrock.  Interment in the Slabaugh
  Cemetery.
