  LING
  
    Ruth G. Ling, 64, 115 Hickory Lane, died Feb. 16, 1984, at home.
    She was born June 15, 1919, in Berlin, daughter of late John and
  Anna (Ackerman) Holland.
    She was preceded in death by brother, James.
    She is survived by husband, Alvin "Chip," and daughter, Linda Sue,
  wife of Robert Garanich, Johnstown; also Kelly and Eric.
    She was a sister of Hazel Dickey, Berlin; Alma Huston, Somerset;
  and Mildred Zorn, Lake Worth, Fla.
    She was a retired school nurse of Ferndale-Dale School District
  with 25 years' service; member of Moxham Lutheran Church; Elks Ladies
  Bowling League; Elks Tenpin League; Lady Elks Auxiliary; and PSEA. 
  Graduate of Mercy Hospital School of Nursing and former Indiana State
  Teachers College.
    Friends were received at The Picking-Treece-Bennett Mortuary, Inc.,
  where services were held with the Rev. Vernon J. Miller.  Entombment,
  Grandview Mausoleum.
