Livengood, 67, died October 30, at his home near Fort Hill. He was born in Elk Lick Township, January 29, 1876, the eldest child of Mahlon and Lavina (Enos) Livengood. He was united in marriage with Grace Michaels. To this union where born two sons, one of whom, Dwight, died in infancy. He leaves to mourn his departure his wife and one son, Percy, and one granddaughter, Vivien Nadine Livengood. The following sisters and brothers also survive: Henry C. Livengood, R.D. Salisbury; Mary Livengood, Lewis Livengood, and Mrs. Etta Matthews, Fort Hill R.D.; Mrs. Anna Gower and Mrs. Olive Tressler, Confluence, R.D. For a number of years Mr. Livengood was actively engaged as a sawyer in the lumber business. He was a member of the Ursina lodge of Odd Fellows for 40 years, and of St. Paul (Addison Township) Lutheran Church and Church Circle. Funeral services were directed by Morticians Harry Rishebarger of Addison and Samuel Black of Confluence, with Rev. S. D. Sigler of Salisbury officiating. Interment was made in the St. Paul Cemetery.
