Louttit, 91, Rockwood RD 2, died Feb. 10, 1990, at Somerset Hospital after a brief illness. Born Jan. 27, 1899, in Uniontown, Pa., daughter of the late John and Anna (Stacher) Hutchinson. Preceded in death by her husband, James S. Louttit, and a brother, John M. Hutchinson. Survived by a son, James R., Durham, N.C.; two grandchildren: Mrs. Dana (Louttit) Loonsk and Lt. James Kipling Louttit. She was a retired teacher from the Mon Valley and Pittsburgh area schools. Member of St. Francis-in-the-Fields Episcopal Church. She attended California Teachers College. Active in 4-H and Girl Scouts in the Mon Valley, She spent her early married life in McKeesport, Pittsburgh and Elizabeth areas. Was a resident of Somerset County for the past 30 years. Memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 17, at St. Francis-in-the-Fields Episcopal Church, with the Rev. Terrance Johnson officiating. Interment at the convenience of the family. Contributions may be made to the St. Francis-in-the-Fields Episcopal Church, RD 7, Somerset, or Keystone Chapter of the American Red Cross, 307 Vine St., Johnstown, Pa.
