  JACOB S. LOWRY
  
    Jacob S. Lowry, 68, East Main Street, Berlin, died Tuesday, May 24,
  at his residence.  He was born Feb. 21, 1898, in Stonycreek Township,
  a son of the late Abraham and Sarah (Speicher) Lowry.
    He is survived by his wife, the former Emma Deeter; three sisters
  and two brothers: Mrs. Rae Landis and Mrs. Kate Hay, both of Berlin;
  Mrs. Grace Sembower of Rockwood; Millard and Edgar Lowry, both of
  North Canton, Ohio.
    He was a member of the First Brethren Church of Berlin and a member
  and immediate past president of Berlin Borough Council.
    Funeral service was held in Johnson & Son Funeral Home Friday at 2
  p.m., the Rev. Ralph E. Mills officiating.  Interment in Berlin IOOF
  Cemetery.
