  FRANK M. MASTERS SR.
  
    Frank M. Masters Sr., 90, of Harrisburg, a native of Meyersdale,
  died Feb. 7, 1974, in Harrisburg Polyclinic Hospital.
    He was a consulting engineer and bridge designer, having begun his
  engineering career in 1904.  He became a partner in Modejeski and
  Masters, Harrisburg consulting engineers.  He assumed ownership in
  1937 and retired in 1969.
