    Edith C. (Kautz) Maust, 95, Arbutus Park Retirement Community,
  Johnstown, formerly of Jenner Crossroads, died Oct. 12, 1993, at
  home.  Born Sept. 27, 1898, in Jenner Crossroads, daughter of Harry
  and Jennie (Paul) Kautz.  Preceded in death by parents; husband,
  Chester R., in 1968; infant brother and sisters: Mary Shaulis, Helen
  May, Florence Newman and Glennavee Palmer.  Survived by 10 nieces and
  nephews, including special nephew, Floyd P. Shaulis, New Brighton RD
  2.  Member of Jennerstown United Methodist Church and the United
  Methodist Women.  Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
  Wednesday at Hoffman Funeral Home, Allegheny Street, Boswell, where
  services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, with the Rev. Paul H.
  Scruton officiating.  Interment, Jenner Crossroads Cemetery.
