McClintock, a citizen of Addison Township, answered the summons of death's call Tuesday morning, due to heart trouble, at the home of his son in Somerfield. He was born June 28, 1866, and died December 29, 1931, aged 65 years, 6 months and 1 day. Mr. McClintock was married to Miss Mary Smith February 5, 1895. To this union were born two children, who survive - Ethel, wife of Willis Green, and Clarence McClintock, both of Somerfield - and six grandchildren - Edna R. and Grace E. Green and Esther R., William C., Opal M., and Walter J. McClintock. His wife preceded him to the grave seven months ago. He was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Mitchell McClintock of Fort Hill, and is survived by the following brothers and sisters: Mrs. Victoria Snyder, Fort Hill; Mrs. Mary Lythe, Draketown; Nesley McClintock and Harvey McClintock, Harnedsville; Caleb McClintock, Fort Hill, and Allen McClintock, Dickerson Run. Mr. McClintock's death came as a shock to his many friends as he had not been sick long. The funeral services were held Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock, in St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Rev. Geo. O. Ritter officiating. The pallbearers were: Harry Humbertston, Charles Green, Roy Glover, Joseph Green, Troy Glass and Silas Savage. Interment in the St. Paul cemetery. Undertakers H. H. Rodehaver & Son had charge of the funeral arrangements. Meyersdale Republican, January 7, 1932
