  McDONALD
  
  William P. McDonald, 95, Berlin RD 4, died Sept. 4, 1985, in Somerset
  Community Hospital.  Born Oct. 21, 1889, in Wich, Scotland.  Preceded
  in death by his parents; one brother; two sisters; first wife, Esta
  (Chancey) McDonald; and his second wife, Clara (Davis) Hamer
  McDonald; one son, Clayton; and two stepsons: Robert and Edward
  Hamer.  Survived by one daughter, Catherine Grove, Beaver Falls;
  sons: William R., Irwin; Donald, Sarasota, Fla.; and Malcolm,
  Jennerstown; and daughter-in-law, Mrs. Helen Hamer, Berlin RD 4.  He
  was a member of the Laurel Hill Gospel Tabernacle.  Retired from
  Westinghouse Airbrake of Wilmerding.  Funeral services will be held
  Friday at 11 a.m. in Penn Lincoln Memorial Park Chapel, North
  Huntingdon Township, with the Rev. John Hay officiating.  Interment,
  Penn Lincoln Memorial Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be
  made to favorite charity.  Arrangements in charge of the Robert H.
  Halverson Funeral Home.
