  McVICKER
  
  Warden H. McVicker, Boswell RD 1, died unexpectedly May 16, 1981, at
  home.  Born in Somerset County, son of Charles and Ruth McVicker. 
  Preceded in death by parents, infant daughter, and several brothers
  and sisters.  Survived by his widow, the former Ferne Trexel and
  these children:  Dennis E. of Hartford, Conn.; Barry, Friedens RD 1;
  Mrs. Gail Barry, Pittsburgh; David, Stoystown RD 1; and Mrs. Debbie
  McPherson of Greensburg; also several grandchildren.  Brother of
  William of Ralphton; Mrs. Lillian Brown, Ohio; Charles Jr., Central
  City; and Mrs. Ruby Lease, York.  Member of the former St. James
  Lutheran Church, Jenner Township.  Also a member of the UAW.  Army
  Veteran of World War II; received a medal in sharpshooting.  Jenner
  Township farmer and employed by Mack Truck Inc., Hagerstown, Md. 
  Friends were received Sunday evening and will be received from 2-4
  p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Monday at the Hoffman Funeral Home, 409 Main St.,
  Boswell, where services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. with Pastor
  George E. Bowersox officiating.  Interment, St. James Cemetery.
