      Elaine (Sellers) Meyers, Pensacola, FL, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, October
  1, 2008 after a short illness at Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola.
      She was born April 19, 1920 in Meyersdale, daughter of the late Blaine and Ada
  Sellers. She was preceded in death by her husband, Francis M. Meyers; brother, Rev. Max
  Sellers, Dayton, OH; sister, Marie (Sellers) Bluestone, Pittsburgh.
      She is survived by her sister, Lois (Sellers) Bowman and husband Roger, Deep Creek,
  MD and Lake Placid, FL; sister-in-law, Dorothy Sellers, Dayton. She also leaves nephews
  and nieces: Ken Hamilton, Nancy Thomas, Eric W. Sellers and J. Ellen Holt; nine great
  nephews and nieces; and special friends, Sue and Sheldon Skirton, Pensacola.
      She worked for Sugarman-Kingsberry Insurance Company for several years and then was
  employed at Merritt Paint and Wall Covering, where she retired after 30 years of service.
      She was a member of the First United Methodist Church and the Wesley Fellowship
  Sunday School Class in Pensacola.
      Friends will be received at M. Ray Leckemby Funeral Home on Thursday, October 9, 2008
  from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. to be followed by a service of remembrance and celebration with
  Pastor Ken Hamilton and Dr. Rev. Merle D. Correll officiating. Special music will be
  provided by her great niece, Tiffany Hamilton.
      Serving as pallbearers will be Jerry Thomas, Brent Hamilton, Austin Thomas and
  Cameron Thomas. Honorary pallbearers are Myles Holt and Kyle Holt.
      Interment in Meyersdale Area Union Cemetery.
      Memorial contributions may be made to the First United Methodist Church of Pensacola.
      The family would like to express their appreciation to the staff of Sacred Heart
  Hospital in Pensacola especially Martha Trammell, Erin Bowers and Sherry for the
