    Mrs. Mary E. Meyers, 83, of Central City RD 1, died Sept. 24, 1983,
  at Mercy Hospital, Johnstown.  Born Jan. 30, 1900, in Stonycreek
  Township, daughter of Franklin and Della (Cook) Walker.  Preceded in
  death by parents; husband, Earl M.; brothers, Bruce, Floyd, Harry,
  Percy and Willard; and sister, Hazel.  Survived by son, Eugene R.
  Walker, Central City RD 1.  She was a sister of Richard of Somerset;
  Clarence and Mrs. Gladys Onstead, both of Central City RD 1.  Member
  of Unity United Church of Christ and AARP.  Family received friends
  Sunday evening and will receeive friends from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Monday
  at Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown, where service will be conducted at
  2 p.m. Tuesday, the Rev. Walter B. Martin.  Interment, Glade Cemetery.
